Hakea Wellness is a purpose-built social wellness space, designed to create a complete wellness experience. The space brings together movement, recovery and connection to make wellness an enjoyable and sustainable experience. Hakea offers curated wellness experiences in two distinctly designed spaces: Restore – designed as a place to rejuvenate and recharge, combining traditional and infrared saunas, cold plunge therapy and massage chairs for restorative wellness experiences; and Reform – designed as a space for expert-led Reformer Pilates classes to build strength, presence and balance.
Hakea is designed as a calm, considered space. The name Hakea – inspired by a beautiful Australian native plant – symbolises strength, adaptability and connection to nature. Our palette and design are inspired by the Australian landscape, with muted neutral earthy toned walls, bronze olive metalwork and warm timber veneers. The spaces are softened with light, bright sheer curtains, rounded mirrors and circular feature pendants. A large circular porthole window with ribbed glass and steel frame arched entry door creates a distinct entrance and the desired ambiance for arrival and waiting.
