Cullinan Ivanov Partnership Pty Ltd is led by partners Richard Cullinan and Vladimir Ivanov, both of whom bring extensive experience in design and development over a range of project types including; Hospitality and Leisure, Commercial, and Residential projects. We provide personalised partner level service, creativity and experienced judgment on all our projects.

We provide full architectural and interior design services from brief formation, concept design through to administration of the building contract during construction for projects ranging in value from $0.5 – $30 Million.

Cullinan Ivanov Partnership was established in early 2009 with Richard bringing his skills managing a large architectural firm and running large scale projects to combine with Vladimir’s exceptional design creativity.

Cullinan Ivanov Partnership’s senior team of architects and interior designers has extensive experience on a broad range of project types. Our team is dedicated to excellence in design, professional communication with our clients and other team members, and timely delivery of information.

RICHARD CULLINAN
Director

Richard has extensive design experience ranging from hospitality and leisure projects through to large master planning and design for mixed use commercial and residential projects.

Richard’s focus is on creative design outcomes responding to the client brief. Richard’s interest is in the creation of striking contemporary architecture with a particular focus on the integration of ecologically sustainable design (ESD) principles.

VLADIMIR IVANOV
Director

Vladimir brings a wealth of experience and creativity to Cullinan Ivanov Partnership. Having won several awards for his work Vladimir excels in producing highly innovative well-resolved design outcomes for his clients. Prior to forming Cullinan Ivanov Partnership, Vladimir ran his own successful Practice for 12 years and prior to this gained valuable experience working with Harry Seidler and Associates on prestigious residential and commercial projects.

Vladimir’s focus is on the creation of highly effective design solutions, which deliver the best possible performance and results for our clients.

In 2010 Vladimir was named as Designer of the Year by ND magazine in Europe. Previously, the Sydney Morning Herald named him Young Designer of the Year 1998.
