Cullinan Ivanov were invited by Wests Campbelltown to develop a concept EOI for ‘The Greens’ entertainment venue encompassing a brand new club facility, golf driving range and mini golf course. Our scheme included a 52‑bay driving range over two levels with direct integration to the indoor and outdoor pub/club hospitality venue behind. We introduced a curved glazing line with large areas of circular glazed roof and large indoor trees and planted areas creating a lush, cool internal environment that blurs the lines between the indoor and outdoor program elements.

A traditional pub like dining zone and large kids play area along with the mini putt‑putt golf range created a fun family friendly multi‑generational venue.

The circular motifs over the indoor planting areas were echoed in the fenestration to the façade with large circular and parabolic openings cut into the solid anchoring masonry walls.
