When Gate Gourmet, the world’s leading independent catering company, had to relocate and expand their Sydney operation they turned to CI Partnership to get the job done. The challenges of working with an organisation operating 24 hours, 7 days a week were many. The brief required office space for 170 administrative staff along with 80 catering staff working in shifts around the clock. The building work had to be organized in such a way that it did not interfere with the catering output, and many tasks had to be carried out in the early hours of the morning.

Our design and documentation had to be staged in such a way that the production line did not lose any productive time and the staff were able to pack up their old office and move into their new premises in a matter of hours. CI Partnership delivered the project on time and on budget with no disruptions to the operations.
